Let’s face it. When you have a team that goes 1-15 the problem goes beyond coaching. Sure Miami’s coaching was horrendous but the Dolphins also had their share of player personnel problems. On Monday the Dolphins took a significant step on the road to recovery by cutting loose of some dead weight.
