The Seattle Mariners are done! After a getting swept by the Texas Rangers in a four game series over the weekend the Mariners are now nine games back in the AL West. I don’t see any way they can make up that margin because of their horrible play within their own division.
Seattle has only won ten games this season against division opponents and there is absolutely nothing that shows the trend will change. They have lost 13 straight against the AL West. Well, at least they stayed alive longer than the Kansas City Royals.
