Since nearly getting swept by the Rangers in a four game series the Seattle Mariners have taken three of four from the Royals and will now win a three game series against the Minnesota Twins thanks to an eleventh inning walk off home run by Carl Everett late last night or early this morning depending on where you live.
Seattle won the first game of this series with Minnesota 4-2 on Tuesday and then game two 10-9 last night giving the Mariners the series before game three is played this afternoon.
The Mariners have won six of their last seven games and are a game out of second place in the AL West. Now, if the Rangers would just start tanking it in like they normally do.
