Colorado Drops Big 12 to 1-1

No offense but Colorado has no offense. In their last three games the Buffalos have scored 16 points and their opponents have posted 119.

You have to think if Colorado could have mustered any offense they would have won the Champs Sports Bowl. Instead the Buffalos failed to turn opportunities into touchdowns, managing just 168 net yards of offense, and lost 19-10 to Clemson.

James Davis’ 6-yard TD run with 1:38 remaining sealed a fourth straight win for Clemson and a disappointing fourth straight loss for Colorado. Davis ran for a career-high 150 yards and a touchdown on his way to the game MVP. Clemson quarterback Charlie Whitehurst scrambled for a score and passed for 196 yards.

The Big 12 is now 1-1 in bowl games this year.
